Terms of service

I / Preamble
LegTux provides a space for use on its Web-server to host a website, an e-mail address and various files. The customer agrees to comply with the terms of this contract, and may have to accept any additional clauses on LegTux of this Agreement and / or services added to this contract.

II / Shared Web Hosting
The customer acknowledges and accepts the fact that his site is hosted on a server shared by other users. This means that a site should not overload the server with software components penalizing system resources. (A shared server will never be as powerful as a dedicated server for your use). If your site is overloading the server and causes complaints from other users, you've reached the technical limits of shared servers, and you should subscribe to a dedicated offer.

III / E-mail
The client will not use the messaging capabilities to send many messages (spam) and / or people who have not explicitly agreed to receive messages from you. The client will not use his Inbox to receive files or programs of significant size, or, he will take care to clear his Inbox regularly to avoid clutter out of disk space.

IV / Privacy Policy
LegTux undertakes his side to respect the privacy of customers by not allowing access to anyone to user's files & folders. LegTux also agrees not to resell any information about yourself. All data deleted by your action will be definitely on possible backups within 24 hours, in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Freedom.

V / Client Responsibilities
The client owns and is responsible for the stored content on its space. It emerges LegTux no responsibility in this regard. The client undertakes not to offer for download software, text, images, videos, sounds or any other work that would have an illegal character, or that he would not have copyrights. The customer agrees not to use his server for hosting or data publishing pornographic, racist, warmongering, insulting or defamatory. The customer will not use the tools to generate increased traffic from the server unnecessary. Generally, the services can not be used for purposes contrary to local laws or international. Any breach of such term will result in a warning to close the user account, or an immediate closure of the account, according to the severity of the offense.

VI / Availability and evolution
The customer is aware that some server requires maintenance and that therefore its site, exceptionally, for short periods, may not be accessible. If the server can't operate for a long period (several days), whatever the cause, the customer can not claim any compensation. LegTux notify the customer, at least in the forum of any maintenance that the date can be scheduled. In this same forum, LegTux informs the client of technical developments that could benefit his hosting.

VII / Principles and ethics of service
LegTux is based on the principle of sharing and respect for others. Disk space is thus not limited. It should, however, to make reasonable use, to allow proper sharing of resources, which are limited. LegTux thus reserves the right to remove any account using excessive disk space.
